INSERCIÓN LABORAL DE MADRES ADOLESCENTES Y JÓVENES

Abstract

En la actualidad ser mujer y joven dificulta el acceso de este colectivo al mercado laboral, además con el hecho de la maternidad a edades tempranas, existen dificultades para el desarrollo individual de la mujer ya que afecta a las actividades habituales que se realizarían en las etapas de desarrollo del ciclo vital a la que pertenecen. Todo ello, afecta a su entorno, es decir, sus redes sociales, dificultando su acceso al mercado laboral. Este proyecto desarrolla una serie de actividades que, mediante el apoyo del profesional del trabajo social, el colectivo y sus familiares puedan lograr adaptarse a la nueva situación, desarrollar nuevas redes sociales, solventar los problemas psicosociales y de autoestima que puedan surgir, además de poder mejorar la empleabilidad de estas personas para poder acceder a un empleo que asegure su independencia, pudiendo ofrecer a su propia familia, bienestar en todos los aspectos.

Nowadays it`s difficult for a woman and young to access to professional world, moreover being mother to early ages. All this shows a lot of problems for woman`s individual development, so it affects usual activities that will make in stage of the process inside the life cycle which belongs. All of that, affects her enviroment, in other words,social networks, therefore to access to job market it`s difficult. This project carries out a succession of activities which trough the support of social worker`s professional, the group and their families, they can get adapt to the new situation, developing new social media, solving psychosocial and self-esteem problems which can emerge, as well as, improving the employability of women in order to obtain a job which ensure their independence, offering the welfare their own family on all aspects.
