LAS MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD

Abstract

This work deal with the way in which security measures began to be implemented. First, the Lazy and Malicious Law, and subsequently, the Danger and Social Rehabilitation Law, based on pre-criminal measures. In the 1995 CP, the virial system was included, one of the relationships that explains how to apply penalties and security measures. Subjects who receive these security measures, both inimputable and semi-deputable, depending on the custodial or non-custodial security measures. Also, changes with respect to LO 5/2010, and LO 1/2015, both based on probation
