Identidad. Empoderamiento. Transversalidad.
[EN]This research is about the sexist language. The use made of sexist language in Spanish public administrations specifically, noting that in our lexicon, linguistic omissions giving rise to the invisibility of women occur. Our study focuses on the language because it is the area in which it manages to create one of the most significant gender inequalities. In short, we will verify in our analysis that endrocentrism is a fact in our public administrations, An example of this androcentric language use is found in the same cover courtesy of the Committee of Final Project, where we find the word "student" instead of "Student/Student" thereby suppressing the social group of women. KeyWords: Gender, Gener Identity, Empowerment, Mainstreaming.
