Abstract

[ES] En este estudio, se ha realizado una recopilación de conceptos teorico-técnicos de las 8 vías de valorización de la cáscara de almendra más recurridas y analizadas en los últimos años por la bibliografía técnica y científica consultada. Con este análisis se busca dar una mejor salida comercial a este residuo en forma de diferentes productos de gran valor añadido destinados a industrias tan variadas como la alimenticia, nuevos materiales o energía. [EN] For this research it has been made a compilation of the theoretical-technique concepts about 8 pathways of assessing the almond peel. These pathways are the most analysed and cited by authors in the last years within the technique literature checked. This study seeks a valuable commercial outlet for this waste product in a big variety of industries such as alimentary, new materials or energy.
