[ES]El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la aplicación de los mecanismos de la economía social y del desarrollo endógeno en un territorio concreto, como el CADE de Linares. Entre las diversas maneras de desarrollar y crecer económicamente un territorio destaca el fomento del emprendimiento. Este se entiende como una iniciativa de un individuo para desarrollar un proyecto de negocios o una idea en particular que genere valor e ingresos de una forma creativa y productiva. Se trata de la insistente búsqueda de la oportunidad aun sin tener los recursos disponibles; lo que requiere de misión, visión, pasión y compromiso para guiar a otros en el alcance de ese objetivo, tener disposición para tomar riesgos calculados. Mi experiencia en las prácticas desarrolladas en el centro CADE de Linares me ha permitido aprender los recursos y lo servicios que ofrece este centro para el crecimiento del territorio. La ciudad de Linares posee un gran potencial económico y social, que el CADE intenta desarrollar a través de sus actividades de promoción del emprendimiento.

[EN]The main objective of this work is the application of the mechanisms of social economy and endogenous development in a specific territory, such as the Linares CADE. Among the various ways to develop and grow a territory economically, the promotion of entrepreneurship stands out. This is understood as an initiative of an individual to develop a business project or an idea that generates value and income in a creative and productive way. It is the persistent search for the opportunity even without having the resources available; which requires mission, vision, passion and commitment to guide others in the scope of that objective, being willing to take calculated risks. My experience in the practices developed at the CADE center in Linares has allowed me to learn the resources and services offered by this center for the growth of the territory. The city of Linares has a great economic and social potential, which CADE tries to develop through its activities to promote entrepreneurship.
