[ES] En este trabajo se han estudiado todas las competencias de aprendizaje que se deberían haber adquirido en las diferentes asignaturas de las guías docentes del Grado de Administración y Dirección de Empresas de la Universidad de Jaén. Estas competencias han sido dividas primero en específicas y genéricas, y posteriormente, clasificadas en competencias desarrolladas, semidesarrolladas y no desarrolladas. Para demostrar de forma subjetiva aquellas que han sido competencias desarrolladas, evidenciaré objetivamente los casos, trabajos o actividades que se han desarrollado en las diferentes asignaturas para adquirir dichas competencias. Por el contrario, para las competencias no superadas haré propuestas de mejora que realizan otras universidades para su aplicación.
[EN] In this final project of graduation, it was studied all the learning competences that should be adquired in the diferent subjects of the teaching guides of the degree in Business Administration and Management of the University of Jaén. At first this competences it was classified in specific anda generic and after classified in developed, semi-developed and undeveloped compentences. To demonstrate the ones who was developed, I will objectively evidence te cases, works or activities that have been realized in the diferente subjects. Otherwise, the undeveloped compentences I will make a propose to improve through examples of ways that others universities use to developed that competences.
