Gestión de RRHH y Equipos de Trabajo Multiculturales en Empresas Internacionales

Abstract

The international company decides if all its businesses are going to be controlled from its headquarters, or if it wants to locate new subsidiaries abroad. At the same time, it decides if the personnel in charge of these international businesses will be local personnel of the destination country or instead of it will opt for the expatriation of it employees. With this action, the employees have to work together to form multicultural teams committed to the organization and the efficient attainment of previously established objectives.
