Reclutamiento y selección de personal.

Abstract

[EN] This work tries to demonstrate how the process of recruitment and selection of personnel has evolved due to what is known as web revolution, and also tries to show the most current trends to se in this process, given that this revolution requires an adaptation from companies, both the new methods that emerged and the new demands of the candidates. I have chosen this topic of study because I believe it can be a point of help for those companies that doubt about doing this process internally or externally, offering them techniques they can use, without having to resort to what is known as outsourcing. In addition, I have considered that it can be interesting, due to the introduction of very innovative techniques such as artificial intelligence and robotics, these are still unknown to most companies.
