Abstract

[ES] La presente Tesis se centra en la Calidad en los Servicios Sociales Especializados en Andalucía. La investigación analiza las dificultades y limitaciones de aplicación de la gestión de la calidad en la Administración pública, y en concreto en el contexto de los Servicios Sociales Especializados de Andalucía. Estudia los atributos de calidad de Servicios Sociales Especializados que denotan calidad desde la perspectivas de usuarios, profesionales y responsables técnicos a partir de la evaluación de calidad de un servicio de acogimiento familiar con una metodología que combina elementos cualitativos y cuantitativos.A partir de los resultados, la Tesis aporta una propuesta de modelo de gestión de calidad para Servicios Sociales Especializados para el contexto de Andalucía a partir de los fundamentos del Modelo EFQM, que ofrece indicadores específicos y pautas de aplicación para la mejora de la calidad de los Servicios Sociales Especializados.

[EN] This Thesis focuses on Quality in Specialized Social Services in Andalusia. The research analyzes the difficulties and limitations of application of quality management in public Administration, and specifically in the context of Social Services Specialized Andalusia. Study quality attributes Specialized Social Services that indicate quality from the perspectives of users, professionals and technicians from the assessment conducted in the area of family family placement services with a methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative elements. From the results, the Thesis provides a proposed model of quality management for Specialised Social Services for the context of Andalusia from the foundations of EFQM model, offering specific indicators and application guidelines for improving the quality of Specialized Social Services.
