Producción de bioetanol de segunda generación a partir de bagazo de cerveza.

Abstract

The potential of brewery spent grain for biological conversión to ethanol has been evaluated, according to its composition. Different pretreatments have been tested:dilute phosphoric and sulfuric acid. Similarly, different configurations of the hydrolysis and fermentation process have been evaluated, including sequential and simultaneous hydrolysis and fermentation of some of the pretreated solids under optimal conditions. . Both pretreatments have allowed the solubilization of hemicellulosic sugars. Different strategies have been evaluated, its conversión to ethanol with Escherichia coli and S. Stipitis. This has allowed us to propose the most appropriate process configuration for obtaining bioethanol.
