A DINÂMICA EMOCIONAL DO DESVIO: UMA ANÁLISE EM CRIMINOLOGIA CULTURAL

Abstract

O artigo apresenta uma análise da inserção cultural do crime, do controle da criminalidade e das emoções — envolvidas nesses fenômenos — pelo prisma da Criminologia Cultural, uma abordagem recente nos estudos criminológicos, de modo a oferecer a base necessária para qualquer estudo das necessidades para a formação da cidadania que se realize no contexto das sociedades urbanas pós-modernas e, por conseguinte, da modernidade tardia. Nesse sentido, apresentam-se esses fenômenos relacionados ao individualismo, à criatividade e à geração de estilo de vida, em um período de privações materiais e ontológicas, a fim de que se enfatize a força da mídia de massa como influenciadora da subjetividade humana.
