Abstract

La oportunidad consiste en ofrecer una manera diferente de comercializar productos para la belleza y el cuidado personal en las provincias de Río Negro, Neuquén, La Pampa, Mendoza, Chubut y el interior de la provincia de Buenos Aires a partir del desarrollo de una cadena nacional minorista de productos de belleza y cuidado personal. Actualmente la venta de dichos productos se encuentra repartida entre diferentes retailers (supermercados, farmacias, perfumerías, peluquerías, puerta a puerta, etc.). El proyecto se llamará All Beauty y mediante una red de locales propios y franquicias concentrará la oferta minorista de productos de belleza y cuidado personal. Dicha oferta se complementará con una atención personalizada y recurso humano capacitado para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Se ofrecerá una serie de servicios adicionales y únicos que harán que el cliente viva una experiencia de compra diferente. Todo ello estará acompañado del respaldo de una marca con presencia nacional y una localización estratégica de sus locales. El mercado al que se apunta está formado por mujeres mayores de 15 años y hombres mayores de 25 años de niveles socioeconómicos medio y alto que habiten en las principales ciudades de las provincias de Río Negro, Neuquén, La Pampa, Chubut, Mendoza y el interior de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se requiere una inversión de 600.000 ARS. La tasa interna de retorno esperada es 106% y el período de recupero de la inversión es de 26 meses.
