Abstract

GRACIAS es una empresa existente, en la cual se comercializan diversos productos, con el fin de que 100% de sus ganancias. En este caso, la finalidad es agua segura y el desarrollo infantil en lugares vulnerables. Surge así la idea de alquiler de dispenser a empresas, en sociedad con la empresa PURA, y lo que se propone es la provisión de un dispenser PURA by GRACIAS para las mismas, por el cual se cobrará una comisión, por los clientes conseguidos. El objetivo es abarcar el mercado de AMBA llegando en 5 años a 10800 dispenser, en medianas y grandes empresas. Haciendo fuerte hincapié en la diferenciación: nuestro fin solidario. No requiere una inversión inicial alta, ya que solo de nuestra parte se necesita, agrandar el equipo comercial y administrativo. Se estima una rentabilidad en el año 5, de 76 M$. Se espera poder hacer 30 cisterna de agua potable en distintos lugares del país y reducir 400k botellas plásticas.
