Abstract

659 Millones de personas viajan todos los años por turismo alrededor del mundo, con un crecimiento de la industria interanual mayor al 4% a lo largo de los últimos 8 años. Uno de las principales actividades de estas personas durante sus viajes, es utilizar diversos servicios de Tours Guiados con el fin de sacar el mayor provecho a su tiempo limitado de vacaciones. Estas experiencias siguen siendo servicios estandarizados, mientras que el mundo evoluciona hacia la personalización acorde a las preferencias y gustos de las personas. En este contexto nace la oportunidad de TripPal, un marketplace de tours guiados gratuitos y privados cuyo fin es brindar a los usuarios la mejor experiencia de Tours Guiados acercándoles un amplio abanico de ofertas de experiencias personalizadas; podrán no sólo optar por tours a medida acorde a sus gustos, sino que podrán elegir el guía turístico según sus preferencias en base a un sistema de reviews y valoración cooperativo entre los usuarios TripPal. El negocio requiere de una inversión inicial de USD 1.186.500 que serán invertidos en el desarrollo de la aplicación, y la gestión operativa, donde el foco principal será la estrategia de marketing a fin de generar adoption de tanto la demanda como oferta. Se espera lograr una TIRde 60% con un valor compañía de USD 41MM de dólares y un VAN proyectado a 5 años de USD 3.5MM.
