Alfonsina : modelo de negocio

Abstract

El siguiente documento presenta el modelo de negocio previsto para los eventos “Alfonsina”. En primer lugar, este capítulo expone un breve análisis de la industria en la que va a competir “Alfonsina”. Luego, se detalla el modelo de negocio propio de esta experiencia, estimando los ingresos, costos y rentabilidad. Por último, se expone cómo el modelo de negocio opera en convergencia y divergencia con el modelo tradicional de Havanna.
