Abstract

El negocio tiene el objetivo de monitorear personas mayores empleando sensores y satisfacer la necesidad de que el adulto se encuentre seguro en la comodidad de su hogar. Este servicio está apuntado a personas mayores de 65 años que viven en CABA y 24 distritos de GBA que viven solos y pueden valerse por sí mismos. La industria en la cual se mueve el emprendimiento es muy incipiente y existe en la actualidad un solo competidor en la Argentina. Los principales factores de diferenciación es que contará con un Call Center que asegurará una respuesta rápida ante imprevistos, un sistema de información sofisticado y un equipo de profesionales heterogéneos que garantiza calidad en la implementación. La inversión requerida es de aproximadamente $ 664.161 para cubrir la inversión inicial y soportar los primeros ocho meses de operación donde se presentarán perdidas. El recupero de la inversión será a partir del octavo mes de operación del segundo período. El proyecto evaluado a cinco años tomando una tasa de descuento del 30% arroja un VAN de $ 4.091.342 y una TIR del 175.19%.
