Abstract

El servicio al cliente es un elemento imprescindible para la existencia de una empresa y constituye el centro de interés y la clave del éxito o del fracaso. Obtener retroalimentación por parte de los compradores es fundamental para mejorar. Es por eso que el objetivo de este estudio es analizar el servicio y la experiencia del público de Marak Cosmetics con el fin de conocer el desempeño actual y las metodologías que se pueden implementar para recopilar la información necesaria y medir la satisfacción de los frecuentadores. Este proyecto investiga la experiencia del usuario, donde el diseño óptimo depende de los niveles resultantes de satisfacción y placer de los usuarios, personas y recorrido del cliente. Los mapas pueden ser pragmáticos al indicar los requisitos de un sistema agregando el placer general de la mayoría de los consumidores.
