Abstract

Mundo Bici es una aplicación diseñada para dispositivos móviles, que permite un acompañamiento seguro y confiable para practicar ciclismo principalmente para las modalidades de ruta y montaña. Esta plataforma contará con servicios acorde a las necesidades de los clientes tales como asesoría, servicio técnico a domicilio, simulador mi primera bicicleta y un blog el cual permitirá almacenar todo tipo de información que sea relevante y de consulta para los usuarios. El lanzamiento será realizado en la ciudad de Cali, proyectando aperturas en las ciudades de Bogotá y Medellín. Los usuarios podrán acceder a través de aplicaciones móviles las cuales estarán dispuestas en las tiendas de Android y Apple, adicionalmente a la plataforma web las cuales tendrán una estructura y diseño amigable, manteniendo una retroalimentación constante de los usuarios en cuanto navegación y adquisición de servicios.
