Abstract

La confianza ha sido un tema de estudio a lo largo del tiempo y se enmarca en muchos de ellos como un estado psicológico el cual puede modificar actuar. De lo anterior se derivan muchas teorías que soportan la hipótesis sobre los beneficios que trae este factor para las empresas. Para complementar la información existente sobre la confianza, el presente trabajo Estudia el impacto que tiene la confianza en las organizaciones y cuáles son los factores que ayudan a crearla. Lo cual será soportado por un marco teórico que permea los conocimientos extraídos de diversos artículos científicos, un modelo que sugiera los procesos de creación y efectos que tiene esta variable y un análisis estadístico que nos brinde resultados válidos.
