Abstract

Este trabajo presenta la elaboración de un plan de mercadeo para la Línea de Servicios de Investigación de la empresa Track Comunicación. Apoyado en los conceptos de autores como Kotler, Porter, Dolan, Osterwlader, Malholtra, entre otros, desarrolla una metodología que comienza con un análisis situacional de la Organización, seguido de la aplicación de una matriz DOFA que le permite detallar las razones estratégicas que orientan la decisión de disponer de una nueva oferta de servicios. Con estos insumos precisa en la determinación de su mercado relevante, la declaración de posicionamiento para la nueva oferta, la elaboración del modelo de negocio y la mezcla de mercadeo para cumplir su objetivo corporativo; por último, expone una proyección de ventas que le permitirá evaluar los resultados de su decisión.
