Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como fin diseñar, implementar y evaluar estrategias que posibilitan el cambio del clima organizacional en dos instituciones educativas oficiales ubicadas en el norte y centro del departamento del Valle del Cauca. Para ello, se realizó la revisión del estado del arte, tomando como fundamentación teórica, importantes autores como Bruner (2011), García (2009), Madina (2008), Sánchez y Barranza (2015), Nader et al (2014), entre otros. Se utilizó una metodología de investigación de corte no experimental, longitudinal, descriptiva y correlacional; desde un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa; que nos permitió obtener datos a partir de la aplicación de la escala de valoración social en el trabajo WES a 72 participantes, docentes y directivos de las instituciones educativas objeto de este estudio.
