Abstract

This degree project aims to find which are the political parties that have the most presence in corruption processes at the level of the Congress of the Republic and in the main leaders of these parties that are not congressmen; and also identify which factors and variables are the ones that must be taken into account to carry out this measurement. For the development of this project were collected, accounted for and analyzed historical data on investigations concerning the national legislative branch of political parties, covering the period of time from 2010 to 2018, cycles of the last two elections of congressmen in the country.
