Modelo de desarrollo para una industria cultural y creativa

Abstract

Con esta investigación se buscó explicar un modelo de desarrollo y asesoramiento para la industria cultural y creativa. Teniendo en cuenta que el modelo cultural difiere del tradicional de una “empresa tradicional”, por lo tanto, surgen nuevas divisiones como esencia, y otras clásicas como mercado, capacidades técnicas, alianzas y entidades o instituciones de apoyo se mantienen. Para realizar un mejor análisis, se tuvo en cuenta, estudios de modelos empresariales como el CANVAS y de desarrollo cultural, posteriormente, se analizó el modelo propuesto por Beatriz Tenorio y Luis Miguel Álvarez, con el propósito de validar el modelo y contrastar con la realidad del sector, al analizar el modelo propuesto consideramos que ajustes pertinentes hacer para ajustarla a la realidad local cultural y permitir una herramienta confiable y eficiente, por lo que decidimos realizar un cambio en la relación unidireccional planteada del producto al cliente, debido a la percepción del cliente y a su respuesta inmediata a la industria cultural, este puede establecer cambios en su dinámica de mercado.
