Abstract

Este documento ofrece una mirada a la vida de los invidentes, pasando por sistemas de comunicación, como el braille, el bastón blanco y los avances tiflotecnológicos. Abordando temáticas de las interacciones diarias con los entornos, como lo son el hogar y la ciudad, y como son los procesos de rehabilitación para poder tener un nivel óptimo de autonomía en las tareas que desee realizar. Por otro lado se hace una indagación sobre las diferentes clases de tecnologías que prestan un servicio a la comunidad invidente, así como los tipos existentes que lo podrían prestar.
