Abstract

La responsabilidad de proteger el derecho a una estabilidad laboral reforzada recae casi siempre sobre los empleadores como entidades sociales. Los trabajadores que poseen alguna enfermedad y deterioro en su salud se convierten en sujetos especiales de derecho por la vulnerabilidad en la que se encuentran. En los casos de personas que son portadoras del VIH virus de inmunodeficiencia humana esta protección se convierte en obligación debido a la tradicional discriminación a la cual se ven expuestos.
