Abstract

El siguiente artículo está basado en un estudio. Se probará empíricamente como la confianza inicial, hacia la compañía y el producto, generada por el vendedor influye en el deseo de compra que tiene el cliente hacia un bien usado. Este estudio busca entender como el comportamiento del consumidor cambia con respecto a los productos usados y cómo la confianza debe ser focalizada desde el inicio de la relación con el cliente potencial, en el mercado de segunda mano.
