Abstract

El siguiente trabajo sirve como guía para los integrantes de Icesi solidaria con el fin de solucionar los problemas de comunicación y el bajo posicionamiento que tiene actualmente la marca a través de la aplicación del plan de mercadeo digital desarrollado en este documento. Este trabajo pretende implementar las estrategias de mercadeo digital planteadas para aumentar el reconocimiento de Icesi solidaria, posicionarla como grupo estudiantil reconocido y lograr captar la atención de los estudiantes de las nuevas generaciones en la universidad Icesi de Cali.
