Cocinar: una labor social y ambiental

Abstract

Este proyecto pretende plasmar la factibilidad de la sustitución de la leña como combustible doméstico para la cocción de alimentos en zonas rurales de Colombia, a través del diseño de un sistema flexible, transformable y adaptable que funcione mediante energía alternativa; para evitar los problemas que generan el uso de leña, tanto en el medio ambiente como en la salud de los usuarios. Para llevar a cabo lo anterior, se realizó una investigación para conocer la importancia de la leña en el sistema energético rural y el apego de las personas hacia esta; de tal forma que en la concepción del sistema se incluyan los aspectos más relevantes arrojados por la investigación y de ésta manera lograr que los usuarios se sientan incluidos y vean el elemento como algo cercano a ellos.
