Este documento presenta los resultados del desarrollo de un modelo que permite establecer el efecto de la Confianza entre los miembros del equipo y la confianza entre el equipo y el líder, sobre tres variables: Team-Member Exchange, Capacidad de Aprendizaje Organizacional y el Desempeño del Equipo. Se desarrolla un enfoque analítico que permite la definición de la Confianza como elemento fundamental para buen el desempeño de las compañías, especialmente en el manejo eficiente del recurso humano.
This document presents the results of developing a model that allows to measure the effect of Trust between team members and Trust between the team and the leader on three variables: Team-Member Exchange, Organizational Learning Capability and Team Job Performance.
