Abstract

El documento muestra la importancia de medir, controlar y hacer seguimiento a los factores críticos de éxito dentro de una empresa, mediante indicadores de gestión aplicados a las diferentes actividades del negocio. Se identificarán los indicadores más utilizados y relevantes en los diferentes sectores económicos, que nos permitirán construir un manual para conseguir que una empresa sea competitiva y sostenible, integrando perspectivas financieras, de clientes, procesos internos y de crecimiento. This document shows the importance of measure, control and follows the key factors inside a company, through management indicators applied to different business activities. There will be identified the most relevant and used indicators in the different economics sectors, which lead us to build a manual to reach a competitive and sustainable business, integrating diverse sights: the financial, of costumers, internal processes and growth.
