El objetivo de esta investigación, fue describir la práctica docente de los profesores del Centro de Consultoría y Educación Continua de La Universidad Icesi que fueron mejor evaluados por sus alumnos, desde el contexto de la formación permanente y la formación para el trabajo en el siglo XXI. Este modelo de educación, responde a las necesidades formativas que surgen en la sociedad del conocimiento, para aportar herramientas y adquirir conocimientos que les permitan a las personas adultas, responder a las demandas laborales de un mundo globalizado y competitivo.
The aim of this study was to describe the teaching practice of teachers Consulting Center and Continuing Education ICESI University that were best evaluated by their students, from the context of continuing education and training for work in the twenty-first century. This model of education, responding to the training needs that arise in the knowledge society, to provide tools and acquire skills to enable them to adults, respond to labor demands of a globalized and competitive world.
