Percepción de las marcas Levis y Diesel, incidencia y comportamiento del usuario en Colombia

Abstract

Esta investigación contiene información relacionada con la percepción, incidencia y comportamiento que tienen los consumidores de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali, sobre las marcas Levi´s y Diésel. Igualmente, se desarrollan temas como el origen, progreso y evolución de las marcas deportivas y casuales. También, la historia de Levi´s y Diésel recorrida desde sus inicios hasta ahora, incluyendo temas como promoción, imagen y estrategias. Además, contiene una propuesta de estrategias para el mejoramiento de la percepción que tienen los consumidores hacia estas marcas ya mencionadas. Para la investigación de este trabajo, se pudo acceder a la información de fuente primaria y secundaria reforzada a través de la observación y análisis de los procesos de compra. También se accedió a información a través de encuestas y demás herramientas que permiten tener y analizar de una manera más confiable la percepción, comportamiento e incidencia de los consumidores.
