Abstract

La constante evolución de las compañías en las últimas décadas, ha llevado a que el recurso humano haga parte fundamental para el buen funcionamiento de la organización. Lograr alcanzar los objetivos trazados por la empresa depende de la forma en que sus colaboradores sean administrados. En las Organizaciones outsourcing prestadoras de servicios de Facilities Management, el 80% del desempeño de su labor depende del recurso humano. Existen escenarios, donde el personal por algún motivo presenta momentos de ausentismo por diversas situaciones; condiciones que conlleva a una sobre carga laboral, debido a que la compañía no cuenta con un plan de cubrimiento para ausencias del personal. El exceso de trabajo, genera en el colaborador una fatiga laboral, acarreando una posible enfermedad o accidente laboral, lo cual puede generar incumplimiento en tiempos de respuesta y calidad del servicio. The constant evolution of companies about decades, has carried human resources make fundamental part for the proper functioning of the organization. Accomplish achieve the goals by the company, only depends on how their employees are managed. In outsourcing companies’ which providers of services of Facilities Management, depends on an 80% of the performance of human resources. There are scenarios where for some reason the staff has moments of absenteeism for different situations; these conditions entails an over workload, due to the company does not have or count with a plan which covers staff absences. Overwork, generates in the employee labor fatigue, carrying possible illness or accident, which may lead to failure in times response and quality service.
