Este documento se encuentra orientado hacia la definción de un plan estrategico para el colegio San Alberto Magno. Este colegio privado se encuentra ubicado en un estrato 3 de la ciudad de Cali, y atiende un mercado de estudiantes entre los estratos 2 a 4 de la zona. El enfoque principal del colegio y su ventaja competitiva es la educación de calidad, con principios morales y éticos basados en la disciplina académica, deportiva y familiar. La idea de este plan es incrementar los ingresos y utilidades de la compañía, que se ha visto sensiblemente disminuida durante los últimos 5 años a tal punto de estar al borde de su extinción. Las metodologás utilizadas irán a través de los análisis del entorno tanto externo como interno de la compañía para enfocar los principales frentes de trabajo y poder desarrollar un plan concreto y alcanzable
This document defines a strategic plan for San Alberto Magno school. This school is located in a medium socio-economic stratus (level 3 of 6) in the city of Cali, and services students in strata 2 to 4, within the same area. The main focus of the school, and its potential competitive advantage, is a high quality education, with moral and ethics principles based on and academic, sports and family discipline. This plan’s main idea is to increase revenues, which have decreased significantly over the past five years, threatening with bankruptcy. The methodologies used include internal and external environment analysis in order to gain focus and propose a concrete and attainable plan.
