Fondos de capital de riesgo : el caso del fondo de Coomeva

Abstract

En los últimos treinta años, tanto la teoría como la práctica financiera, han cambiado con gran rapidez, no solamente se observan los avances producidos en la teoría financiera sobre la financiación y el análisis del riesgo sino como ha evolucionado el entorno económico, los avances en la forma como se desarrollan las corporaciones en busca de cumplir con sus objetivos de creación de valor, crecimiento y sostenibilidad, los adelantos en todos los ordenes han llevado a la utilización y optimización de los recursos y al equilibrio entre los distintos derechos de quienes interactúan en las organizaciones, de la misma manera la diligencia de los empresarios, emprendedores e innovadores concentrados en múltiples modos de mejorar e innovar la forma y las condiciones de financiar sus ideas empresariales. En éste contexto, este trabajo de investigación busca analizar las ventajas e inconvenientes de los distintos modos en que se presenta la financiación a través de los Fondos de Capital de Riesgo (en adelante FCR). Mecanismo que contribuye de manera importante a generar impacto financiero tanto en los inversionistas como en las empresas financiadas.
