Este proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de mercado para aumentar las ventas Crepastello Pastelería en un 60% en el próximo año. Después de analizar las ventas de los últimos años por línea de negocio y el mercado objetivo se concluyó que el esfuerzo estará enfocado en la línea de Academia de pastelería debido a que es la que tiene mayor valor de mercado, las otras dos líneas se espera el crecimiento anual.
The objective of this paper aims to develop a marketing plan to increase sales of Crepastello Pasteleria in 60% by the next year. After analyzing sales in recent years by business unit and the target market was concluded that the effort will focus on the business unit of Academy of pastry, because it is the one with higher market value.
