Análisis longitudinal de egresados de Icesi

Abstract

Tradicionalmente los programas educativos formales adolecen de un gran vacío en sus procesos: la evaluación de los resultados de su gestión. En ellos inciden varios factores: a) Los programas están diseñados, en la mayoría de los casos, para producir efectos muchos años después de que el estudiante recibe el entrenamiento. b) Los objetivos de la mayoría de los programas educativos son múltiples y generalmente no está definida la prelación de unos objetivos frente a otros. c) La posibilidad real de hacer seguimiento de los estudiantes, a través de un estudio longitudinal es muy escasa, no solo por los costos que ello implica sino también por la dificultad localizar los alumnos varios años después. d) Los indicadores de éxito son difíciles de establecer, pues la evaluación misma de los objetivos el programa no es fácil de medir. ¿Cómo medir por ejemplo la mejora en cratividad?.
