Se presentan los lineamientos teóricos y metodológicos para el desarrollo de un proyecto de investigación orientado a comprender evolutivamente la manera como la motivación, la personalidad, los intereses vocacionales, los estilos de aprendizaje y los valores, influyen en la manera como se construye un proyecto de vida laboral.
