ABSTRACT: The constant changes in the technologies of the information and the communications stimulate the Public Administrations to modernise, computerising great part of the accomplishment of its steps and procedures, being more effective and productive this way and offering a major agility and comfort in the presentation of these services to the citizens. In the present work, we will speak about one of the big Administrations " the Tributary Administration " focusing on the communication through electronic means, but not only on the part of the obliged taxpayer but also on the Administration itself.
RESUMEN: Los constantes cambios en las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones impulsan a las Administraciones Públicas a modernizarse, informatizando gran parte de la realización de sus trámites y procedimientos, para así, ser más eficaces y productivos y ofrecer una mayor agilidad y comodidad en la prestación de los servicios a los ciudadanos. En el presente trabajo, hablaremos de una de las grandes Administraciones “la Administración Tributaria” centrándonos en la comunicación a través de medios electrónicos tanto por parte de los obligados tributarios como de la propia Administración.
