ABSTRACT: The aim of this work is to study and analyze the Kuramoto model, which describes a population of N ≫1 oscillators whose natural frequencies are distributed over some range. The purpose is to observe the phase transition to the macroscopic synchronization and determine the value of the coupling strength threshold for which this phase transition occurs. This means that in the state of macroscopic synchronization some of the oscillators are synchronized while others remain out of synchronization. This studio is also complemented by the corresponding numerical checks and analysis of the phase coherence depending on the coupling strength.
