Abstract

RESUMEN: Esta tesis tiene como principal objetivo aportar herramientas a los gestores de parques de transformadores para facilitar la evaluación de sus máquinas desde el punto de vista energético. En primer lugar se evalúa el contexto actual de aplicación del Reglamento Europeo 548/2014 del 21 de mayo de 2014, que establece los niveles mínimos de eficiencia en transformadores. Posteriormente se propone modificar una de las herramientas actualmente utilizadas para determinar el estado de degradación del transformador, los índices de salud. Se ha tenido en consideración que una de las variables más influyentes en el deterioro del papel dieléctrico es la temperatura a la que está expuesto, la cual depende del índice de carga y consecuentemente de la eficiencia de la máquina. Por esta razón, se ha desarrollado una metodología para determinar la temperatura del punto más caliente del papel que recubre los devanados en función del índice de carga.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this thesis is to provide tools to power transformers managers, to facilitate the evaluation of these machines from the point of view of the energy efficiency. First, the current context of implementation of European Regulation 548/2014, of 21 May 2014, is evaluated. This Regulation sets minimum levels of efficiency in power transformers. Thereafter, it intends to amend one of the tools currently used to determine the state of degradation of the transformer: Health indices. It has been considered that one of the most important variables in the dielectric paper deterioration is the temperature at which it is exposed, which depends on the load index and consequently on the efficiency of the machine. Therefore, this thesis develops a methodology for determining the hot spot temperature of paper that wraps the windings, depending on the load index.
