Abstract

RESUMEN: La elección de este tema para la realización del Trabajo de Fin de Grado se basa en dos cuestiones clave. Por un lado, la importancia que tiene el marketing dentro del deporte, y más en concreto el fútbol, que generó en el 2013 un Valor Añadido Bruto (VAB) de más de 7.600M de euros, un 0,75% del PIB español y que aumenta cada año, siendo este crecimiento del 2,7% desde el 2011 (Análisis KPMG, 2014). Por otro lado, destacar a transformación sufrida por los equipos pertenecientes a la Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional en España, pasando de ser clubes deportivos que buscaban medios de financiación de su actividad a convertirse en empresas basadas en el hecho deportivo como producto, incrementando las vías para obtener sus recursos. En este trabajo, es entender el peso del marketing dentro de la actividad del futbol y de cómo los encuentros futbolísticos se convierten en espacios para promocionar productos, en el que organizaciones de carácter privado y público invierten un capital para publicitarse, y crea figuras que se convierten en imagen de diferentes marcas nacionales e internacionales. En el contexto se incluyen su definición, creador del concepto, las diferentes formas con las que se está desarrollando, y cómo influye de manera mediática económica y social, centrándome en la estrategia que siguen los equipos de fútbol con mayores ingresos. Para poder ejemplarizar los datos que se aportan sobre el marketing deportivo, en este trabajo de fin de grado, se examina la estrategia que sigue el club de futbol Real Madrid, en el desempeño de su actividad. Sobre la base teórica, desarrollo un estudio de cómo el Real Madrid ha ido implantando las técnicas nombradas y como las ha desarrollado para poder aplicarlas a su actividad y acomodándose a las necesidades de los clientes. Para concluir, los motivos por los que realizo un estudio en este trabajo de fin de grado de marketing deportivo sobre el futbol y más en concreto el Real Madrid, es por la gran fuerza que tiene este deporte en todos los sentidos; no solo económicamente, sino ofertando puestos de trabajo, con más de 140.000 empleados y mejorando la marca Española, trasladando el juego de los equipos nacionales alrededor del mundo. Más en concreto el Real Madrid, debido a que dentro de la crisis en la que se encuentra nuestro país actualmente, este ha sido el club que más ingresos ha obtenido en comparación con otros grandes clubs Europeos, llegando a los casi 550 millones de euros en la temporada 2013/2014. ABSTRACT: Sport marketing and the new technologies are changing how the customer’s needs changing and the technologies improve. In addition, they help the sports team finding the best way to use the publicity, management, and communication skills, to be more confident with customers and fans, and try to make fell like a part of the team. The aim of this essay is to provide a wide view of the new technologies used in communication and marketing sports The end of grade essay has been divided in two parts: The first point of the essay is the theorical analysis of the main traditional ways of sports marketing: price, type of products; strategy that the team uses, and; and the main ways of communication, social networks and mobile applications. The practical part of the essay is related to the analysis of one of the most important football club at the moment: Real Madrid football club; the business plan that they have and got, and the relevant that this football club has economical, besides social. Once that the analysis is done we can confirm that football and Real Madrid it’s so popular, and it can move to change the people habits or plans: as well as the money that the people spend, buying tickets and all the merchandising that the team commercializes. One of the advantages about the Real Madrid is the possibility to growth up and win more money making marketing, with its marketing plan and strategy; buying important football players, improving the stadium conditions, and get ideally contracts with other business to sponsor it; to get a perfect image about the team, and play a perfect football. On the other hand, i make some comparison with others teams that are at the same level than Real Madrid, making an analysis about the different or similar business marketing that they use, and making negative or positive comments about the advantage or disadvantages they would get.
