Abstract

El Trabajo consiste en la elaboración de una guía a seguir para los oficiales de los buques mercantes amenazados por ciclones tropicales. Su principal objetivo es evitar que un buque acabe en las inmediaciones de un ciclón tropical y se produzcan daños materiales o pérdidas humanas.
