Sistemas de gestión certificables de calidad

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The essay studies the certifiable systems of management and the different types of systems that exist focusing the whole study on the systems of ISO quality 9001. The motive of focusing all the essay on the quality certificates is the importance that they have at present. It starts by describing what the quality is and the evolution that it has had nowadays to be considered as one of the most important factors for the company competitiveness as well as for its suppliers and clients. It comments on the steps to implement a quality system in the company and the number of companies with these certificates worldwide that already ascend to a total of 1.111.698 certificates. Next, the essay carries out a revision of the literature about the phases of implantation, motivating factors and problems related to the certification processes as well as a comparative study of the reviewed authors. In more concrete terms, the essay studies the different phases of implementation of a quality system, motivating factors and problems for different authors and which are most mentioned stages since it can be the definition of strategies and aims. The positive factors speak about the importance of reaching aims as well as to measure the efficiency of the company, and the negatives are related to the lack of commitment for executives and slightly qualified personnel and the difficulty that for them suppose the implantation of these quality systems.
