Abstract

The paper focuses on analyzing and optimizing the organizational climate in companies in the Information Technology (IT) sector to promote a sustainable organizational culture. It is recognized that organizational climate is crucial for productivity, satisfaction, and retention of human talent in this highly competitive sector. However, IT companies face challenges in keeping a good organizational climate due to the dynamic and demanding nature of the industry. The conceptual framework is based on the theoretical understanding of organi-zational culture, organizational climate, organizational change, and organizational communi-cation in IT companies. The importance of integrating the concepts of organizational culture and organizational climate to understand and effectively manage the internal dynamics of an organization is highlighted. In addition, different conceptual models for analyzing organiza-tional culture are mentioned, such as Edgar Schein's model, Cameron and Quinn's model, Deal and Kennedy's model, and Denison's cultural competency model. The document also addresses the importance of assessing cultural practices and values in an organization, identifying areas for improvement in culture and climate, aligning management strategies with the desired culture, promoting a positive and productive work environment, and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction. Best practices in the IT sector are mentioned, such as continuous innovation, cybersecurity, staff development and training, adoption of agile methodologies for project management, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In summary, the paper highlights the origin and importance of organizational culture as well as aspects that need to be continuously improved.
