Abstract

La finalidad principal de este trabajo es estudiar cómo funciona la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa llevada a cabo por las empresas para aportar soluciones, mejoras o ayudas a la sociedad. Se analizará profundamente la situación de la RCS de España para contrastar con la RSC de otros países de Europa. En la actualidad tanto el origen y evolución de las estrategias aplicadas, así como los marcos jurídicos y las normativas son muy distintas entre países. Por ello, se trata de identificar las principales diferencias y ver cómo es el comportamiento de las empresas y los consumidores, para intentar averiguar quiénes son más responsables socialmente.

The main purpose of this report is to study how Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by companies works to provide solutions, improvements, or aid to society. The situation of the RSC in Spain will be deeply analyzed to compare with the RSC of other European countries. Nowadays, both the origin and evolution of the applied strategies, as well as the legal regulations, are very different between countries. Therefore, it is about pointing out the main differences and seeing how the behavior of companies and customers is, to try to find out who is more socially responsible.
