Con la realización de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, analizaré la evolución y repercusión final de la denominada Emprendedor Individual de Responsabilidad Limitada, figura que, si bien desde su introducción revestía de un importante cambio para los empresarios individuales en cuanto a su responsabilidad, no ha sido vista con mucho gusto a lo largo del tiempo por los mismos empresarios ni frente a terceros Por otro lado, analizaré también la figura del Socio Único de Responsabilidad limitada como alternativa al EIRL, haciendo una comparativa entre ambas.
