Abstract

En la actualidad, la inteligencia emocional tiene cada vez más relevancia ya que afecta a cualquier ámbito de nuestra vida. Dependiendo de cómo se sienta la persona se hará o se decidirá algo diferente. Trabajar la educación emocional desde edades tempranas será fundamental para el desarrollo de los niños, la formación de su personalidad y su posterior introducción en la sociedad. Para ello se utilizarán los cuentos como recurso, ya que se considera un método adecuado para acercar las emociones a los niños. En este trabajo se realiza una revisión teórica de la literatura infantil, la inteligencia emocional, las emociones y la educación emocional en el ámbito educativo. Tras la revisión teórica, se ha diseñado una propuesta educativa, que consiste en la elaboración de una secuencia didáctica dirigida al aula de cinco años de educación infantil. En ella se trabajarán las emociones de alegría y tristeza, buscando que los niños aprendan las características y diferencias de estas dos emociones.

Nowadays, emotional intelligence is increasingly relevant as it affects any área of our lives. Depending on how the person feels, something different will be done or decided. Workin on emotional education from an earlyage will be essential for the development of children, their personality and their subsequent introduction into society. For this, stories will be used as a resource, considering an appropiate method to bring emotions closer to children. In this work, a theoretical review of children’s literatura, emotion al intelligence, emotions and emotional education in the educational field is carried our. After the theoretical review, an educational proposal has been designed, which consists os the development of a didactic sequence aimed at the five year old classroom. In it, the emotions of joy and sadness will be worked on, seeking that the children learn the characteristics and differences of these two emotions.
