The objective of the following Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax advisory sector during the period of 2018-2021 in order to understand the economic-financial situation of the sector, providing the reader with a clear idea of its situation, which can be used as a model for both professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as researchers or students in the sector. Additionally, it will offer us an image of the impact of COVID-19 on such a technological sector, helping us understand the effects of a pandemic on some of the most important companies in our country. Prior to the pandemic, the sector was experiencing sustained growth, based on the increasing demand for services offered by companies in the sector. However, COVID-19 affected the sector with the temporary paralysis of many businesses, which paused the demand for accounting advisory services. Nevertheless, over time, companies have adapted to the current reality that is exponentially accelerating digital transformation. In particular, the demand for online accounting and tax advisory services has increased significantly, driving the growth of the sector and enabling its recovery. These turbulent times, along with greater regulation and increased supervision by regulatory bodies, seek to ensure transparency and legality in accounting and tax practices
