This Master's Thesis aims to address one of the challenges facing the shipbuilding sector, more specifically shipyards: digitisation and adaptation to Industry 4.0. To carry out this study, a compilation of specialised information in the field of augmented reality and shipbuilding has been carried out in order to analyse the current state of applications and possible areas of research. In order to achieve the objectives set out in this TFM, different applications that augmented reality can have in the different processes of a shipyard will be analysed by means of case studies. These case studies will follow a pattern of context, procedure and evaluation and results.
